Step 3:
First of all I have to make something clear again. People will join your network mainly because of You. This is a good product range, a good compensation system which can help you to build your team, but this is not the main factor. But what happens if you think, that you are not a good-looking, talkative, firm and extrovert person?

You don’t have to be that type of person to build an online network.
A well-structured, high-standard website, which is able to interest people in buying products and the linked online marketing will do the job nicely for you and instead of you.
You have only 2 tasks to do.
1.You have to direct as many people as possible to your website. (I’m going to explain how you should do it in my next letter!)
2.You have to sell “yourself” through your website. This is what depends on you. You have a “Blog” on the website for that.
Blog:
Your website has to be up-dated all the time. The simpliest way to achieve it is : writing a blog.
Don’t be affraid! Your website’s visitors are not interested in your talent for literature. They want to read about your experience, about your fight, your success while you are building your business. They don’t want big-headed stories, but they expect honest thoughts, real experiences, even if it is not always positive.
The main thing is that they have to see: this is a good business, which does work even if there are difficulties sometimes. You don’t promise that is going to be easy, everyone has to work hard. But in the end your efforts definitely will be rewarded.
Blog is useful for something else too, if you write it as a diary. it helps you to face what is happening in your business. You can look back and analyse what you have been doing.
Summary: The most important aim of a “Blog” is to find and have something in common with your website’s visitors. If the visitor realises that you have similar problems, similar principles, similar values, similar interest, there’s a better chance that he or she will join in.
You can do this, can’t you? I’m absolutely sure you can.
